Sensory deprivation, or as we call it floating, enables you to feel levitated in zero-gravity with our body-temperature, Epsom salt-filled tank. Floating has proven to have enormously positive effects on people suffering from mental disorders such as anxiety or clinical burnout.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
We have two types of floating tanks, one pod with a lid and one open pool. Depending on your preference you can experience the openness of the pool or a more immersive experience with the closable pod. Float on your own or recharge together. The salt used in this therapy, Epsom salt, is a magnesium-rich mineral that’s beneficial to our skin and removes impurities.You’ll be provided with a towel, robe, and care products.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
You can choose between sessions of 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Our therapies have been designed so that you can accommodate a session whenever it suits you best, be it during a lunch break, early in the morning, or later in the evening to finish off your day.
PRIOR TO YOUR TREATMENT
You’ll be provided with a towel, robe, and care products. Before a session hydrate well and visit the restroom if needed. Make sure to rinse your body in the shower to remove any skin products. Our pod and pool both have private showers. You can enter the pods wearing a bathing suit, although we recommend floating nude to stimulate the senses.
