Our biggest goal is to help each other uncomplicate our inner world and bring awareness to anyone eager for mindfulness, empowerment, impact, and well-being. Our space is meant to give you a sense of peace and to feel at home.
YOGA CLASSES
GROUND
Ground yourself with our gentle vinyasa flow, where we you be moving gently through different asanas all whilst connecting with the breath. The practice improves your lung capacity and helps improve digestion and circulation of your body.
Attend an evening of Restorative yoga with surprise elements of aromatherapy or a Gong-Bath. Combining restorative yoga, meditation and supported asanas with props, you will enter deep relaxation and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment.
Surrender to the meditative practice of Yin Yoga, in combination with relaxing Aromatherapy. This class that will allow you to let go of stress, anxiety and agitation and leave your body and spirit feeling nourished.

Our practices vary from 45 to 60 minutes, giving you the opportunity to adjust it to your daily schedule. Our variety of classes ensures that you can find a class that suits beginners, as well as advanced practitioners. Below you can find a description of the different classes.
HOT YOGA CLASSES
EMPOWER
Join our heated power class, where you will focus on activating your core-muscles to strengthen your body. The sequence will be a mixture of Yoga and some Pilates-based poses, offering you a great variation to build a strong foundation.
All levels welcome. A basic knowledge of yoga is preferred
Ignite your inner fire with this hot yoga class, where you will be creating heat and energy in the body as you move through a strong vinyasa flow. A powerful release for the physical and emotional body to release toxins & stagnant energy.
Suitable to yogis who have a basic knowledge of yoga.
