WHAT IS IT?
We focus on treating the body internally first. Instead of exposing the body to external heat, we use infrared light to tenderly penetrate the skin and increase the body temperature from within. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
We have two types of private saunas, for individual use and for pairs. We use Sunlighten’s patented Solocarbon heated technology and Clearlight Sauna, two of the most renowned brands within infrared saunas worldwide. You’ll be provided with cool filtered water in the sauna. We recommend avoiding showers or baths prior to your sauna session, as moisture on the skin may block infrared light. To achieve the best results, remove make-up, creams, and deodorant.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?​
You can choose between sessions of 25 minutes or 50 minutes. Our therapies have been designed so that you can accommodate a session whenever it suits you best, be it during a lunch break, early in the morning, or later in the evening to finish off your day.

How should I prepare for a session?
  • If it's your first Infrared Sauna with us, kindly complete this Health Intake form before your appointment.
  • Please bring your swimwear for your infrared sauna session.
  • To achieve the best results, make sure any makeup, creams, and deodorant are removed before your session.
  • Remove any jewelry or metals before your session. We recommend doing so in advance and storing your items in our lockers.
  • We recommend arriving for your session well-hydrated and having a light meal beforehand to ensure your comfort and enhance your experience.
  • We recommend avoiding showers or baths directly prior to your sauna session, as moisture on the skin may block infrared light.
  • Please bring your swimwear for your infrared sauna session.

Are there any contraindications or people who shouldn’t use it?While Infrared Sauna therapy is safe for most people, it may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, low blood pressure, heat sensitivity, pregnancy, or active infections. Individuals on medications that affect heat response should consult their healthcare provider before use. If you are unsure about your suitability, our team is available to guide you.
Is Infrared Sauna suitable for those sensitive to heat?Infrared Sauna delivers a gentle, radiant heat that penetrates deeper into tissues without overwhelming the body. Many individuals who find traditional saunas too intense tolerate infrared heat comfortably. That said, if you are sensitive to heat, we recommend starting with shorter sessions and gradually increasing your exposure under the guidance of our wellness team. You’re always in control of your environment, with adjustable temperature settings and an open-door policy for your comfort.
How many Infrared Sauna sessions are ideal for optimal benefits?Each individual responds to Infrared Sauna differently, and outcomes can vary based on personal health goals and physiology. As a general guideline, we recommend the following:
  • Detoxification & Immune Support: 2–4 sessions per week may help eliminate toxins, support immunity, and enhance cellular function.
  • Muscle Recovery & Pain Relief: 3–5 sessions per week can help reduce soreness, stiffness, and inflammation in the muscles and joints.
  • Stress Relief & Sleep Support: 2–3 sessions weekly may promote deep relaxation, balance the nervous system, and improve sleep quality.
  • Skin Health & Circulation: Regular sessions (2–3 per week) may enhance circulation, promote collagen production, and support a healthy glow.
