Yes, gift cards can be purchased either in a preselected amount of 50€, 100€, 250€, or for any amount with a minimum of 20€. We recommend checking the price list on our booking system to help guide your selection.
Your gift card will remain valid for 2 years from the issue date
Yes, if there is a remaining balance after your first visit, you can use the gift card for future services. Please make sure to keep the gift card number for further reference.
Gift card policies may vary depending on promotions, so please inquire about specific deals. In general, gift cards cannot be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or special offers.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they are transferable, so you can give them to someone else to use.
If you have a digital gift card, you can present it via your phone or email. For physical gift cards, please bring the card with you to redeem it at the front desk
Preselected and custom amount gift cards can be used for all our tech-treatments, body and face treatments, well-being studio classes, packages, and retail products.
* To use your gift card for packages, please get in touch with Renessence via email or show it at the front desk.
* Treatment gift cards can only be redeemed for the corresponding treatment.
*Memberships cannot be redeemed with gift cards.
If you’ve recently purchased a gift card but haven’t received the delivery email yet, here are a few helpful things to check:
1. Your Gift Card Code Is Already in Your Purchase Receipt
The gift card code is included directly on your purchase confirmation. For example, it will appear in this format: [# NUMBER]
You can use or share the code from that receipt immediately.
2. Gift Card Delivery Email Timing
The separate gift card delivery email is sent during our nightly processing and will arrive within 24 hours of your purchase.
Please also check your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered there.

Currently, our system does not have a “Check Your Balance” functionality.

You can purchase physical gift cards directly at Renessence and digital gift cards through our website. Digital and physical gift card options are available.
→ When purchasing a digital gift card, the recipient will receive it within 24-hours after purchase. It can also be scheduled for a later date.
→ For a physical gift card, we invite you to stop by our location.
Please note that we currently do not have a post service and cannot send gift cards to your home address.
