No. For PCI and security reasons we cannot move saved card data. You will be asked to securely add your payment method in Mindbody after the migration.
Yes, any appointments booked before the migration will be honored. You'll be notified in case anything changes.
Yes. Your information is handled using industry best practices for secure data transfer. For your security, card numbers will not be transferred.
Recurring payments linked to saved cards will need to be set up again. We will reach out to anyone currently on autopay with step-by-step instructions.
The migration is scheduled for end of October / early November 2025. We’ll send final exact dates as soon as they’re locked and notify you before downtime begins.

Yes, at Renessence we have fully equipped dressing rooms available. You can find showers, lockers, and appliances to ensure your convenience and comfort during your visit.
Every guest’s ideal recurrence is different depending on their own personal and lifestyle factors. However, for the average healthy person who wants to optimize and enhance their well- being, we recommend 1-3 visits a week to experience at least 2 tech-treatments.
Absolutely! At Renessence, we can tailor a group journey for you to enjoy with a friend or two. For bookings of 1-5 guests you can request a small group journey via email to welcome@renessence.com.
For bigger group requests of 5+ guests or events, please send us an email to events@renessence.com, and one of our experts will contact you and curate a journey together with you.
No, our infrared sauna is available only by booking, just like all the other treatments we offer. This ensures a personalized experience for each guest.

Yes. At Renessence we accept walk-in guests, however, we ask that you keep in mind treatments may be unavailable if not planned in advance. We always encourage guests to book prior to visiting through our website to ensure they are able to enjoy the services they want.
Should the schedule allows it, we will do our best to accommodate your booking. However, in case needed, the time of your booking will be adjusted and charged fully. Please be mindful that full appointments are not guaranteed, this aligns with our Health & Safety protocols.
Appointments past 15 minutes will be automatically canceled and charged fully.
Yes! Our services are designed to be enjoyed individually or with a +1. We respect your privacy hence why we offer Private Infrared Sauna rooms, Individual Hyperbaric Oxygen Hydroxy Pods, Contrast Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Private Floating Tank, and Massage Suites.
At Renessence, we provide bathrobes and towels when required for your treatment. You are welcome to bring your own slippers, or you may purchase a pair in our store.
No, Renessence does not have a pool. We do, however, have a gym, which is exclusively available to our Members Club.
