No. For PCI and security reasons we cannot move saved card data. You will be asked to securely add your payment method in Mindbody after the migration.
Yes, any appointments booked before the migration will be honored. You'll be notified in case anything changes.

Yes. Your information is handled using industry best practices for secure data transfer. For your security, card numbers will not be transferred.

Yes. At Renessence we accept walk-in guests, however, we ask that you keep in mind treatments may be unavailable if not planned in advance. We always encourage guests to book prior to visiting through our website or by email to ensure they are able to enjoy the services they want.
Should the schedule allows it, we will do our best to accommodate your booking. However, in case needed, the time of your booking will be adjusted and charged fully. Please be mindful that full appointments are not guaranteed, this aligns with our Health & Safety protocols.
Appointments past 15 minutes will be automatically canceled and charged fully.
For our Well-Being Studio Movement Classes, we have a 3-minute grace time.Past the 3 minutes, it is not possible to access the studio and your spot may be relocated to a member on the waiting list.
For Meditation and Breathwork sessions, we do not have a grace period, once the doors are closed it is no longer allowed to enter.
Yes! Most of our services are designed to be enjoyed individually or with a +1We respect your privacy hence why we offer Private Infrared Sauna rooms, Individual Oxygen Hydroxy Pods, Private Floating Tanks, and Massage Suites.

Journeys vary depending on the treatments booked and the reset time in between.
Please be mindful that when combining different treatments it may be necessary to leave a reset period in between treatments for an enhanced and safe experience.
At Renessence we will provide you with Bathrobes & Towels when necessary for your treatments.
For safety and hygiene purposes, footwear must be worn in the public areas. Socks can be provided by Renessence. We kindly suggest you bring your own slippers.
Yes, at Renessence we have fully equipped dressing rooms available. You can find showers, lockers, and appliances to ensure your convenience and comfort during your visit.
Every guest’s ideal recurrence is different depending on their own personal and lifestyle factors. However, for the average healthy person who wants to optimize and enhance their well- being, we recommend 1-3 visits a week to experience at least 2 tech-treatments.
Absolutely! At Renessence, we can tailor a group journey for you to enjoy with a friend or two. For bookings of 1-5 guests you can request a small group journey via email to welcome@renessence.com.
