Sensory deprivation, or as we call it floating, enables you to feel levitated in zero-gravity with our body-temperature, Epsom salt-filled tank. Floating has proven to have enormously positive effects on people suffering from mental disorders such as anxiety or clinical burnout.
- Improves brain activity, blood circulation, and sleep quality
- Enhances spine realignment and sleep
- Reduces high blood pressure, chronic pain, and cortisol levels
*This treatment is suitable for pregnancy

We have two types of floating tanks, one pod with a lid and one open pool. Depending on your preference you can experience the openness of the pool or a more immersive experience with the closable pod. Float on your own or recharge together. The salt used in this therapy, Epsom salt, is a magnesium-rich mineral that is beneficial to the skin and removes impurities. You’ll be provided with a towel, robe, and props such as ear plugs and head support to make an enjoyable experience.

Enjoy a 60-minute Sensory Deprivation float. Our treatment was designed so that you can accommodate a session whenever it suits you best, be it during a lunch break, early in the morning, or later in the evening to finish off your day.

Before a session hydrate well and visit the restroom if needed. We recommend avoiding caffeinated beverages or high-intensity activities to prime the body for a relaxing experience. Make sure to shower and rinse your body with warm water to remove any skin products or excess transpiration, this prepares your body to absorb as much magnesium as possible.
Float, recharge and let go of everything.
Our floating sessions are standard 60 minutes.

Your first float session includes an introduction with one of our Well-being Guides, who will guide the experience and ensure you receive the fullest benefit from your session.
While floating is safe for most people, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as untreated epilepsy, severe claustrophobia, open wounds, or certain skin infections. Pregnant individuals and those with specific medical concerns or on certain medications should consult their healthcare provider before floating.
Floating is a safe treatment that can offer gentle, natural relief for many common pregnancy discomforts. Magnesium absorption through the skin may help reduce muscle cramps, improve sleep quality, and support overall stress relief, making it a soothing and restorative experience for expecting mothers.
This treatment is recommended between week 12 to week 36.
Our float rooms are designed to provide a calming and spacious environment. For individuals who feel uneasy in enclosed spaces, we recommend booking the Open Float, which offers a more open and spacious feel. Additionally, the treatment settings can be adjusted, such as leaving the lights on to ensure comfort throughout the session.
Individual responses to floating vary depending on personal health goals and physiology. As a general guideline:
A Sensory Deprivation Float session is the foundation for a recharging journey. This treatment pairs seamlessly with Oxygen Hydroxy Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massages for improved restoration. For an optimized experience we recommend an infrared sauna session prior to a float for the body to fully cleanse and open the pores for optimized magnesium absorption.
Reactions to floating vary widely. Some people experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, or a sense of calm immediately after a session, while others may not notice immediate changes. This is completely normal. Many of the benefits, such as reduced stress, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation accumulate over time with repeated sessions. Even without an obvious sensation, your body and mind are still benefiting from the sensory reduction and restorative effects.
