Contrast Therapy spans the Recover and Rebalance circles. If your body feels tense, your nervous system overstimulated, or you need to restore balance, this ritual of warmth and cold creates space for renewal to unfold naturally. Heat invites release, muscles soften, breath slows, and the body opens. Cold sharpens the senses, clears the mind, and awakens resilience. Moving between these opposing forces, the body and mind find flow, circulation improves, and energy begins to settle in a calm, balanced rhythm.

Your session alternates between the sauna and an ice bath, typically one to two rounds depending on your experience. Short seated breaks allow you to tune into your breath and notice subtle shifts in your body. Heat invites release, cold sharpens focus, and the rhythm of contrast encourages circulation, vitality, and a sense of energetic flow. The session moves gracefully through four stages, each designed to awaken, restore, and balance body and mind, from warming and tension release to inflammation modulation, metabolic refresh, and deep relaxation.

Over time, guests often notice:
- Improved circulation and muscular recovery
- Reduced soreness and inflammation
- Enhanced mood, alertness, and stress resilience
- Greater energy, clarity, and a sense of balance
- Support for immune function and overall vitality.
