How many treatments can I do per day?
To ensure your experience remains both effective and nurturing, we recommend a maximum of 3 treatments per day. This allows your body the time it needs to fully absorb the benefits, without becoming overstimulated.
How do I sign up?
Simply complete the form above to get started. A Renessence team member will then contact you personally to answer any questions and guide you through the purchase process.
Can I sign-up for a shorter or longer period than three months?
No, the High Performance Membership is available exclusively as a 3-month commitment. Automatic extensions are not possible, but we’re of course happy to assist you with transitioning into one of our other memberships or offerings when the membership period concludes.
Can I customize the treatments or duration of the membership?
No, this seasonal membership is a curated experience and cannot be modified. It includes a fixed duration to ensure consistency and availability for all members.
Can I ask questions before committing?
Absolutely. We’re here to help you make the best choice and will gladly answer all your questions before you sign up.
Are there limited memberships available?
Yes, the number of High Performance Membership is limited to maintain a high-quality experience for all. We cannot guarantee availability, so we recommend signing up early.
When does my membership start?
Your 3-month commitment begins as soon as the contract is signed and your first payment is processed. From that moment, you can start enjoying unlimited tech-treatments and all other benefits.
How is the High Performance Membership billed?
The pass is billed monthly over the 3-month commitment. Your first payment is made when you sign up, and then each month afterward.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
As this is a promotional membership, it is not eligible for freezing or pausing. We encourage you to enjoy your treatments regularly throughout the membership period to make the most of the experience.
Are guest passes included with the membership?
This membership is for individual use and does not include guest passes. If you’d like to share the experience with a +1, they are welcome to book treatments separately at our standard rates.
Is the membership shareable?
No, memberships are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
Are well-being classes part of this membership?
No, well-being classes are not included in this membership.
