What changed?

As part of our transition to a new booking and membership platform, our previous loyalty points program has been discontinued. Unfortunately, both loyalty points and historical balances were not carried over.

We truly value your loyalty and the consistency you’ve shown with us, and we’d like to recognize that in a thoughtful way.

What you can do

If you had loyalty points, you can contact us before July 1st, 2026.

We’ll offer a one-time gesture, thoughtfully aligned with your experience with us.

To help us support you in the best way, please include:
- Your main goal when visiting Renessence in the past
- The treatments or experiences you’re currently most interested in based on our new offer

Why are my loyalty points no longer visible?

Due to our system transition, our previous loyalty program has been discontinued. Unfortunately, both point balances and historical data are no longer available.

How do you determine the gesture or benefit?

As we no longer have access to individual data, we apply a fair and consistent approach, while taking your preferences into account.

Do I need to provide proof of my points?

No. We work on trust and aim to keep the process simple and accessible.

Can I make multiple requests?

The gesture is offered once per guest.

What should I include in my request?

To ensure a smooth and quick response, please share:

- Your main goal in the past year(s) for visiting Renessence

- Which treatments or experiences you are most interested in

Can I still apply after July 1st 2026?

After this date, it will no longer be possible to request a gesture related to previous loyalty points.
