What is it?
Welcome to the Renessence Loyalty Program. Through our Zenoti booking system we are introducing a point based system allowing our members to collect points depending on their total amount spent. After acquiring a certain amount of points it is then possible to redeem these points on a treatment of choice.

How does it work?
Any guest (existing or new) visiting Renessence is automatically enrolled into the Regular Loyalty Program. Renessence Loyalty Program will work with a 6:1 rate for acquiring loyalty points. For every 6 euros spent by a member, they will receive 1 loyalty point in return. These points can be redeemed on various treatments.

Enrolment
Any guest (existing or new) visiting Renessence is automatically enrolled into the Loyalty Program.
Base rate
For every €6.00 (six euros) spent by a customer, they will receive 1 (one) loyalty point.1 (one) loyalty point is equal to €1.00 (one euro), meaning for every six euros spent, they get 1 euro worth redeemed.This counts for all services, packages, classes, and gift cards. This does NOT include memberships or retail products.
Expiry dates
For the time being, there is no expiry dates to your loyalty points.
Redemptions
Members can redeem their points whenever they want, as long as they have enough to redeem a treatment or class. It is only possible to redeem on:
  • Classes
  • Services
  • Packages
** Loyalty Points cannot be used to redeem: Gift cards, retail products, memberships, massages, facials, or acupuncture.
How can I redeem my points?
Members can use their points to close an invoice after a booking at our location. It is NOT possible to redeem online. A member must use loyalty points as a form of payment, these can be redeemed during check out and our host can assist you with this.
Where can I see my points?
You can view how many points you have via the Zenoti booking system. Log in to Zenoti, go to your profile and you will see a 'loyalty points' tab. Here you can see your total points collected and additional information about our Loyalty Program.You may also ask one of your hosts to view your points at the front desk.
Notifications
Members will be notified about various aspects of the loyalty program.
  • Reminder emails to use their points.
  • Expiry notification, when their points will run out.
