Healing Yin and Sound

Rosa will guide you through gentle Yin yoga postures, mindful stillness, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, this practice invites you to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance in body and mind.

Core Flow

This class with Michelle combines the fluidity of yoga flow with Pilates-inspired core work. Through mindful movement, smooth transitions, and intentional breath, it builds deep core strength while supporting mobility and body awareness. Twist and Release Flow

A strong vinyasa flow built around twists, moving through the body, wringing out tension and what no longer serves.

The theme of Saucha runs throughout the practice, connecting the physical action of twisting with the idea of releasing what no longer serves you.
