AmenitiesEnjoy the convenience of our fully equipped dressing rooms, designed for your comfort and preparation. Amenities include lockers, changing areas, showers, hairdryers and a selection of beauty and hygiene products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Renessence also provides you with a robe and towels for your use. We kindly ask that you bring your own slippers or flip-flops, as these are not provided.
Health Intake FormBefore your first session for any specific treatment, we kindly ask that you complete a Health Intake Form. The links to the forms will be listed below for each treatment. This allows us to check for any contraindications in advance and helps expedite the check-in process when you arrive.
Cryotherapy
What to Expect During Your SessionDuring your session in our full-body cryo-chamber, your body will be exposed to -110°C of dry cold air. You’ll begin with 20 seconds at -60°C, before moving into the second chamber at -100°C, where you’ll stay for up to 2 minutes and 40 seconds. This treatment offers transformative benefits, including increased energy, reduced stress, better sleep, and faster recovery. Our Chamber is designed for a maximum of four people, providing a truly intimate experience. If it’s your first session, we’ll start by measuring your blood pressure, as high blood pressure is a contraindication. For your safety, our staff will guide you through and monitor the entire process from outside the chamber, ensuring a secure experience.
How to Prepare for Your Session
  • If it's your first cryotherapy session with us, kindly complete this Health Intake form before your appointment.
  • Refrain from applying oils, lotions, or cologne before your treatment.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks or high-intensity activity right before your session.
  • Please ensure that your hair and body are completely dry before entering the cryo-chamber.
  • Remove any jewelry or body piercings below the neck before entering the cryo-chamber. We recommend doing so in advance and storing your items in our lockers.
  • We suggest wearing underwear, shorts, a bathing suit, or a bikini during your cryotherapy session. We’ll provide boots, gloves, mouth mask and a headband to protect your extremities (hands, feet, mouth and ears) from the cold.
Floating (Sensory Deprivation Float)
What to Expect During your SessionAt Renessence, we offer two distinct floating experiences: the Closed Pod and the Open Float. The Closed Pod, shaped like an egg with a lid that can be opened or closed, provides an immersive, solo experience, perfect for those seeking tranquility and solitude. The Open Float, designed like a pool, offers a more open, spacious environment and is ideal for individuals or pairs who prefer a shared floating experience. During your session, you will be floating in Epsom salt, rich in magnesium water, which will nourish the skin and helps to detoxify the body. For your comfort, we provide a towel, robe, and accessories such as earplugs and head support to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
How to Prepare for Your Session
  • If it's your first floating session with us, kindly complete this Health Intake form before your appointment.
  • Please bring your swimwear.
  • Prior to your session, we recommend hydrating well and visiting the restroom if needed.
  • Make sure to shower and rinse your body with warm water before your floating session to remove any skin products or excess transpiration. Avoid using body products such as body wash or body lotion. This prepares your pores to absorb as much magnesium as possible.
  • To fully prepare your body for a relaxing experience, it’s best to avoid caffeinated beverages, heavy meals or high-intensity activities.
  • Refrain from shaving before your session, as the salt-rich water may cause a stinging sensation.
Audio Guided Ice Bath
What to Expect During Your SessionYour experience begins with an audio-guided, 11-minute breath work session, led by one of our expert instructors. The soothing, clear guidance will help you prepare both mentally and physically before you immerse into the cold. We provide special footwear to offer optimal protection against the cold. Once the breath work session ends, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the ice bath, where you can stay for up to 3 minutes. An iPad will be available to track your time. Afterward, allow your body to naturally warm up, experiencing a soothing heat from within that leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Take your time to relax and enjoy a calming cup of tea as your body undergoes this rejuvenating process.
