We recommend showering before and after an ice bath therapy session. You must wear a bathing suit to our baths.
You can choose your preferred length. We offer an audio-guided 11-minute session and a private session with one of our breathwork experts. Our therapies have been designed so that you can accommodate a session whenever it suits you best, be it during a lunch break, early in the morning, or later in the evening to finish off your day.
