An audio-guided 11-minute session where you’ll be guided by a soothing and clear voice by one of our expert breathwork teachers to prepare yourself to dip in on your own after the audio session has ended. A private breathwork expert that guides you in a more therapeutic way to release trauma and overcome anything conscious and unconscious.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
We offer an audio-guided 11-minute breathwork exercise to start your session, followed by a 3-minute plunge in the ice bath on your own.
Our treatments are bookable from the early morning for the early riser, during the lunch break for a midday energy boost, or for an evening of tranquillity and peacefulness before finishing the day.
