General House Rules
  • No Children Allowed – To ensure a serene environment, access to our facilities and treatments, a minimum age of 16 years is mandatory. Guests aged 16-18 may receive treatments only if accompanied by an adult. Please note that if a guest arrives with children, their appointment cannot proceed and will be considered a Late-Cancel with a 100% fee. Renessence assumes no responsibility for unattended children.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy. Renessence reserves the right to stop the treatment and remove any guest from the treatment and/or facilities if they violate the rules or display disruptive behavior.
  • No laptop policy – To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and distraction-free environment, the use of laptops is not permitted within our main areas (round couch, lounge area, relaxation area). Should you want to make use of your laptop, please ask one of our team members.
  • The use of any tech therapies, treatments, services, and presence at Renessence is always at the guest's own responsibility and risk.
  • Filling out our Health Intake Forms is mandatory before undergoing our services, including tech therapies, massages, and facials. The Health Intake Form must be updated every 3 months. If anything changes during this period, the guest must notify the Renessence team.
  • Your health and safety come first. Guests should provide accurate health information and disclose any medical conditions before undergoing any of the treatments. Renessence reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if it poses or may pose a risk to the guests’ health.
  • Only Renessence staff members are authorized to perform treatments and operate the equipment. We kindly request our guests not to perform any treatments themself.
  • Renessence cannot be held liable for any damage to guests’ personal property, including theft or loss, or any damage to guests’ persons.
  • For the security of your personal belongings, lockers are provided. All valuable possessions must be properly stored inside.
  • The use of soft and/or hard drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • For a relaxing experience, Renessence highly suggests drinking caffeinated beverages only once all the treatments are completed.
  • Respecting the privacy and personal space of our guests is of utmost importance to us.
  • To provide a serene environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe silence in the treatment area, silence area. Signs indicate where absolute silence is required.
  • To fully enjoy your visit at Renessence, we recommend silencing mobile phones or other digital devices whilst you are in the space. Playing personal music in any of the areas is not allowed.
  • Taking photos or videos with a mobile phone of our facilities for personal use is allowed. We kindly ask you to avoid taking photos of fellow guests or staff members without their permission. Camera use in the changing rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Creating content for professional purposes requires previous approval from Renessence management, who can be contacted via welcome@renessence.com.
  • To ensure security, Renessence has camera surveillance in certain areas of the building. These cameras are exclusively designed to protect guests, employees, and property. Images are only viewed in emergencies, and access to the system is limited to authorized personnel of the Renessence management. Privacy-sensitive areas such as changing rooms and the sauna are not monitored.
  • For safety and hygiene purposes, footwear must be worn in the public areas. Slippers can be purchased at the front desk upon check-in, or you can bring your own slippers.
  • Appropriate clothing, including bathrobes, is mandatory in all our public areas, including oxygen hydroxy, relaxation areas, grand sofa, and café.
  • Before undergoing the following treatments: Infrared Saunas and Sensory Deprivation Floats, we kindly ask you to shower.

1. Oxygen Hydroxy Therapy
  • Guests must follow the staff’s instructions and guidelines at all times during the session.
  • Guests must undergo a health screening and fill in a Health Intake form before their first session.
  • Renessence staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if it poses or may pose a risk to the guests’ health. In this case, Renessence staff will advise the treatment to be rescheduled or exchanged.
  • Guests with certain medical conditions (e.g., ear problems, lung problems) are advised to consult a medical professional before using Oxygen Hydroxy Therapy. In case of emergency or discomfort, the therapy can be immediately stopped.
  • Guests must follow the Renessence staff’s safety guidance at all times.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy. Renessence reserves the right to stop the treatment and remove any guest from the treatment and/or facilities if they violate the rules or display disruptive behavior.

2. Infrared Sauna
  • Guests must follow the staff's instructions and guidelines at all times during the session.
  • Guests should drink plenty of water before, during, and after using the infrared sauna.
  • Renessence does not advise the use of the infrared sauna on an empty stomach.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring external props into the treatment room, including but not limited to plastic bags, food, or personal items not approved by staff.
  • Guests are advised to limit their sauna session to a maximum duration recommended by Renessence.
  • Usage of the sauna is restricted for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, high blood pressure, and pregnancy).
  • Guests must shower prior to their session.
  • During the session, guests must sit on a towel that covers their entire sitting area.
  • In case of emergency or discomfort, the session can be immediately stopped.
  • Guests must follow the Renessence staff’s guidance, to safely exit.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy. Renessence reserves the right to stop the treatment and remove any guest from the treatment and/or facilities if they violate the rules or display disruptive behavior.

3. Sensory Deprivation Float
  • Guests must follow the staff's instructions and guidelines at all times during the session.
  • Any open wounds, cuts, or contagious skin conditions are strictly prohibited in the floatation tank.
  • Guests should refrain from using the floatation tank if they have recently dyed their hair.
  • Guests are advised to notify staff of any claustrophobia or discomfort experienced during the session.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring external props into the treatment room, including but not limited to food or personal items not approved by staff.
  • Guests are obliged to keep their hair tied at all times while undergoing the therapy.
  • In case of emergency or discomfort, the session can be immediately stopped. Guests must follow the Renessence staff’s guidance to safely exit.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy. Renessence reserves the right to stop the treatment and remove any guest from the treatment and/or facilities if they violate the rules or display disruptive behavior.

4. Massages AND FACIALS
  • Guests must undergo a health screening, and fill in a Health Intake form prior to their first session.
  • Guests should inform the therapist about any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions before the session.
  • The use of underwear or appropriate coverings is mandatory throughout your massage treatment to maintain privacy and ensure comfort at all times.
  • Inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances or requests, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session.
  • Renessence reserves the right to refuse visitors displaying disruptive and/or undesirable behavior from the facilities. Anyone who does not respect these house rules may be denied access to Renessence.
  • Renessence reserves the right to stop the treatment and remove any Guest from the treatment if they violate the rules or display disruptive behavior.

5. acupuncture
  • Guests must undergo a health screening and complete a Health Intake form before their first acupuncture session.
  • Guests should inform the practitioner of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or use of medications before the session.
  • The use of comfortable clothing is recommended.
  • Inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances or requests, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session.
  • Renessence reserves the right to refuse access to visitors displaying disruptive and/or undesirable behavior. Anyone who does not respect these house rules may be denied access to the facilities.
  • Email Communication: Email communication with our therapist is strictly reserved for appointment-related matters, such as booking, rescheduling, or cancellations. Personal or unrelated messages will not be addressed.
